Our Glaze Mix will enhance the use of water-packed fruits, fresh fruit, as a topping on ice cream sundaes, as a cake topping on Bernard Diet Cake Mixes, as a topping on Bernard Angel Food Cake, and as a topping on puddings of all types.

  • Yield: 50 - 1/4 cup servings of fruit and glaze per 8.5 oz. can.

NOTE: Each 1/4 cup serving of glazed fruit will have 18 mg or 30% of the U.S. Daily Value of Vitamin C from the Glaze Mix plus the additional vitamins and minerals the fruit itself contains. Besides providing nutritive value, Vitamin C helps retard fruit discoloration.
