BANANA SMOOTHIE
1 cup Skim Milk
1 Medium banana
4-6 Ice cubes
2 Tbsp. Calorie Control Shake Mix - Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix for 2-3 minutes at medium speed, or until all ice is chopped fine.
