CHOCOLATE MINT CAKE

1 box Sweet N Low Chocolate Cake Mix
1 box Sweet N Low Chocolate Frosting Mix
1/4 tsp. Salt (omit if sodium restricted)
1/2 tsp. Mint Extract
2/3 cup Water
Mix together Sweet 'N Low® Chocolate Cake Mix, salt, mint extract, and half the water for three (3) minutes with mixer. Add the balance of water and mix for one minute. Pour batter into lightly greased and wax paper lined 8 inch round or square pan. Bake at 375o for 25 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Frost with Sweet 'N Low® Chocolate Frosting Mix, prepared per directions on box.
