GLAZED STRAWBERRY TORTE

1 box Sweet N Low White Cake Mix
3/4 cup Water
1 Tbsp. Calorie Control Gelatin - Strawberry
1 cup Cold Water
1 cup Boiling Water
1-1/2 cups Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
Mix together the Sweet>N Low® Sugar-Free White Cake Mix and 3/4 cup water. Pour batter into an 8”x8” pan which has been sprayed with shortening. Bake at 375o for 25 minutes. Leave baked cake in pan. Mix Calorie Control® Strawberry Gelatin Mix and 1 cup boiling water. Mix until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and allow to cool slightly. Poke entire cake surface with a fork and pour 1 cup gelatin over cake. Refrigerate cake and remaining 1 cup of cooled gelatin. When gelatin thickens slightly, spoon over cake. Then place thin cut strawberries on top of gelatin, and refrigerate until firm. Cut into tic-tac-toe pattern.
